At Valle Sporting Goods, we stand behind the quality of our gear and want to ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchase. If your equipment isn't the right fit, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the equipment is in its original, unused condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
